Shipping Policy

At Jade&Co, we are committed to delivering your swimwear with care and efficiency. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
     

Domestic Shipping (South Africa):

  • We offer standard shipping on all orders within South Africa. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • Express shipping options are available at an additional cost.

  • Free shipping on orders over R1,000
     

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates will vary based on destination.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, with delivery estimated between 7-21 business days.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
     

Shipping Delays:

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to customs, postal services, or external factors may occur. We appreciate your patience during such instances.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Jade&Co, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
 

Returns:

  • We accept returns on unworn, unused swimwear within 14 days of delivery.

  • All returns must be in their original condition, with tags and hygiene liners intact, and in the original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn, washed, or damaged items.
     

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at jadeandcoclothes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
     

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same process as for returns, and indicate the desired size or color.
     

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
     

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
     

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@jadecoclothes.com for a replacement or refund.
     

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at jadeandcoclothes@gmail.com for further assistance.
