How do I care for my swimwear?

To keep your Jade&Co swimwear looking its best: Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, or machine washing/drying, as they can damage the fabric and elasticity. Rinse your swimwear after swimming to remove chlorine, saltwater, and sunscreen.
Can I return or exchange my swimwear?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that the swimwear is unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners still intact. For more details, please visit our Returns & Exchange Policy. Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for worn or damaged items.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic Orders (South Africa): Orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on location, ranging from 7-21 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
What if the size doesn’t fit?

We’re happy to offer size exchanges as long as the item is in its original condition with tags and liners intact. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process. If the desired size is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or store credit.
